How the solar market is changing for the better

Energy markets are shifting to an era where energy prices are less predictable.

There are two main reasons for this growth in the demand of solar PV modules in the world. 

Firstly, PV panels are more efficient than fossil fuels, which means the supply of energy is more efficient. 

Secondly, as solar panels are smaller, they can be installed in more places. 

These two factors mean that solar power production in China is expected in 2020 to be almost half of that in India. 

Solar power production is expected for the solar module market to be about 1,500 gigawatts, with a peak in 2020 of 1,600 gigawatts at the peak of the Chinese market. 

This is due in part to the Chinese government allowing the development of solar farms. 

Additionally, solar PV panels will be installed more often as the solar panels of solar plants will not be limited by the capacity of the power plant.

China has already installed over 100 GW of PV power capacity in 2020 as the country aims to reach 5 GW by 2022. 

Moreover, China is also working to build more than 600 GW of solar projects in 2020 and has plans to increase the number of solar parks. 

Therefore, solar will continue to be a major player in the global PV market, as demand for PV modules continues to rise.
